We are an ambitious Group and have achieved significant growth, organically and by acquisition. We are always looking to develop and enhance our proposition further, either by selective recruitment of talented individuals, or by acquisition of successful businesses that will benefit by being part of a larger enterprise.

We run the Group in an entrepreneurial manner and do not integrate acquired businesses into a 'one size fits all' Hyperion model. Rather, we allow individuals significant autonomy and incentivise them with equity. We have a successful record of acquiring owner-managed businesses and providing an environment in which they can develop and flourish.

We are international in outlook and scope and many of our successful corporate ventures are based in overseas territories such as Scandinavia, Continental Europe, India and Australia.
